11 DAYS!!!

I am definately getting ready to go! And everyday I am overwhelmed at how God provides for His children. I feel humbled by the generosity I have encountered in the past bit. I am not surprised though. God has never let me down or made me go without. I love Him. lots.

My mom brought up that “to who much is given, much is required” in regards to so many things lately and it has been sticking to me like glue. I am just a tiny piece to His huge puzzle, and He has given me so much. I am so ready to really start giving back to Him. He is so worth it. I feel like this trip will only be the start to something greater. I can only hope so. I am just along for the ride.  and happy to be here.

anways…. i have all my funds for my trip. and my macbook. and everything else i need…. now all i have to do it get on the plane… and get this thing started already!

NEWS….

ok so there are 22 days until I leave and I am officially super excited! On the weekend YWAM set everyone on the team up with the information to a page where we can upload our pictures and get to know one another. there is a facebook group as well so it is really nice to get to know everyone a little bit better before we all see each other in Hawaii. So far, we are representing Canada, USA, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and South Korea. We are really a group from all over the world and I am so excited to get to know everyone. Everyones skills for photography range from hobbiest to educated photographers as well as journalists. I am excited to be on this team to learn and grow as a photographer as well in my relationship with God.

This trip is going to be life changing and I know God has a big plan for it. Oddly enough… one of the people on the team is from the same town..and is friends with one of my best friends…. so it’s a small world with YWAM.. and I am so excited to begin this jouney. Thank you all for your support!!! I think it’s going to be a great time!!!

I CAN’T WAIT!!! and in the financial end of things, I have about $1500 to go… almost there!

Hey Everyone!

My departure date is getting closer and closer and I am getting more and more excited as the number of days drops. Everything seems to be going well as far as flight and insurance are looking. I have officially booked my flight for the trip and now I am looking at getting my last little bit of funding. The trip itself comes to  a little more than $12,500 and all that I have left to get is $2000. I broke it down to finding 100 people to commit to giving me $20… of course… I am more than happy to accept whatever someone wants to give. So if you feel like you would like to support me on this trip financially then you can just message me or call me and we can figure out a way to get together.
